The project consisted of developing a contemporary hot springs facility with seven artesian baths, sauna, steam room, a riverwalk, riverboat experience and water supply mains pipelines through storage tanks that doubled as an emergency supply for the town grid.
CLIENT'S OBJECTIVES & OUR ROLE:
ConnellGriffin were engaged to manage the planning, procurement, design and construction of the entire program of works on behalf of Paroo Shire Council, including all external stakeholder engagement, such as the State Government and the Federal Government.
ConnellGriffin provided holistic oversight of the program, co-ordinating with over 10 contractors to ensure the end result was fit for purpose.
