Overview

ConnellGriffin is seeking applications from exceptional undergraduate students in their penultimate year to join our Undergraduate Development Program. Our program provides students with the opportunity to gain invaluable, hands-on experience working directly with our senior advisors on some of the most high profile infrastructure projects in Australia.

The Undergraduate Development Program

ConnellGriffin is offering limited positions in its 12-week Undergraduate Development Program that will run over the summer university vacation period. 

As a valued member of the ConnellGriffin team, we will provide you with rewarding and challenging work on a variety of different projects and service lines, tailored consulting skills training and constructive feedback at the conclusion of the program – all to support your development as a future advisor in the infrastructure sector.

In addition to the rigorous learning experience on offer, you will have the opportunity to attend our social and company networking events, and participate in our company wide personal fitness training sessions.

We anticipate that high performance in the Undergraduate Development Program will position you well for a return to ConnellGriffin as a consultant in our Young Professionals Program following your graduation. 

Who are we interested in

We are looking for undergraduate students in their penultimate year, who are strong academic achievers with leadership potential. Our preference is for undergraduate students studying engineering, commerce, law or sciences. To be successful in your application, you should demonstrate proficient problem solving skills, flexibility, ambition and an ability to be a solid team player who can work independently.
