Overview

ConnellGriffin is seeking applications from exceptional final year students and graduates to join our Young Professionals Program.

At ConnellGriffin we believe in hands-on learning, which means from day one you will gain practical experience with increasing responsibility as the program progresses. The program provides graduates and other young professionals with the opportunity to learn and develop by working with our senior advisors on some on the most high-profile infrastructure projects in Australia.

Typically, the program will see you working across a range of different roles, teams and projects on a rotational basis. ConnellGriffin invests in future leaders by providing its young professionals with the opportunities, mentoring and training necessary to develop into a well-rounded advisory consultants in the sectors in which we operate.

The Young Professionals Program

The Young Professionals Program runs for approximately two years and includes a combination of practical experience and internal and external training in areas relevant to our business. The program focuses on providing young professionals with the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience across the range of services offered by ConnellGriffin.

Who are we interested in

We are looking for strong academic achievers with leadership potential, who can demonstrate proficient problem solving skills, flexibility and ambition. Our preference is for individuals with degrees in engineering, commerce, law or sciences. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be a good cultural fit for our business.
