ConnellGriffin Pty Ltd congratulates the NSW Government and Transport for NSW for achieving the significant milestone of awarding CPB Contractors/Downer EDI Works Joint Venture the contract for the design and construction of the Warringah Freeway Upgrade project (WFU). The WFU will reduce congestion, simplify the complex road corridor and provide connections to the future Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link, all within the busiest road in Australia.
ConnellGriffin is proud to have delivered transaction management and commercial services to TfNSW for the Warringah Freeway Upgrade Project. This is the first major NSW road project to be procured under an incentivised target cost delivery model, encouraging collaborative behaviour during delivery through an innovative incentive payment and shared risk allocation regime. ConnellGriffin leveraged its extensive experience managing major infrastructure project procurements and incentive target cost projects to implement a highly collaborative and interactive procurement process to support Transport for NSW in its achievement of this successful project outcome.
Congratulations to the ConnellGriffin team of Kevin Tran, Sep Zarrin, Siva Hesavan, Richard Martin, Matt Frewer, Peter Jonkman and Alex Cook.
