Coffs Harbour Bypass D&C Contract Awarded
ConnellGriffin congratulates the Australian and NSW governments and Transport for NSW for achieving the significant milestone of awarding Ferrovial Gamuda Joint Venture the D&C Contract for the $2.2 billion Coffs Harbour Bypass project. The project will upgrade around 14 kilometres of the Pacific Highway at Coffs Harbour and will deliver four lanes of divided motorway bypassing the Coffs Harbour CBD, taking thousands of vehicles out of the centre of town and saving motorists time by avoiding up to 12 sets of traffic lights.
ConnellGriffin, with support from it’s partners AVC, WT Partnership and ID Planning, is proud to have delivered transaction and commercial advisory services to TfNSW for the Coffs Harbour Bypass project. ConnellGriffin leveraged its extensive experience managing major infrastructure project transactions to ensure best-for-project outcomes by developing and implementing a highly innovative and collaborative procurement process and construction contract.
As the Transaction and Commercial Advisor for Coffs Harbour Bypass project, ConnellGriffin is proud to have supported Transport for NSW in achieving this significant milestone.
Congratulations to the ConnellGriffin team of Richard Martin, Wesley Rhode, Alexander Cook, Jennifer Colder, Jonathan Harrison, Raj Agnihorti, Andrew Fenn, Thisuri Amaraweera, Archit Mehta, and Kim Nguyen.
