We’re pleased to announce that Nilab Shekeb has joined ConnellGriffin Pty Ltd as an Advisor in our Sydney office.
Nilab has almost 8 years’ experience in the construction industry in diverse roles and projects, working for both contractors and clients. She has experience across a range of sectors including rail, roads, building and water. Having worked in commercial roles on multiple complex projects, she has a thorough knowledge of good practices in relation to procurement, commercial and contract management.
Nilab has experience working with a wide range of construction contracts including bespoke alliance and joint venture agreements, the Australian Standard form contracts, the GC21 contract and the NEC4 suite of contracts. This extensive knowledge of construction contracts enables her to advise on suitable contract and commercial models and effectively manage contracts throughout the delivery phase of projects.
