We’re pleased to announce that Laura O’Brien has joined ConnellGriffin Pty Ltd as an Executive Advisor in our Brisbane office.
Laura is a trusted advisor with over 15 years’ experience providing financial, commercial and procurement advice to clients. She has extensive experience delivering projects throughout various stages of the infrastructure lifecycle. She provides infrastructure advisory services to assist her clients to define problems and assess solutions through the development of business cases that include defining service need, assessing project options and providing financial, commercial and delivery model advice that will support infrastructure funding decisions. Laura also provides complex service procurement advice to her clients through the development of commercial contractual terms and invitations to offer, the evaluation and negotiation of offers and contract finalisation support in order to enhance service, performance and delivery outcomes. She provides advice to clients in the transport, infrastructure and government sector. Laura’s experience of working in government for over 7 years provides her with valuable insights into the unique and complex challenges faced by government clients.
