David is an experienced construction and infrastructure professional with over 20 years industry experience, with the past 12 years in commercial services both in private and public. His experience spans all project phases, from scope definition and business case development, to procurement and transaction management, through delivery, to project close out and dispute avoidance/resolution.
A qualified Quantity Surveyor, David has expertise in strategic commercial planning and management, feasibility analysis, risk management, cost forecasting and reporting, contract management, value engineering, and claims management.

Prior to joining ConnellGriffin, David was integrated into TfNSW strategically planning and delivering new and upgraded rail transport infrastructure.
