We’re pleased to announce that Andrew Fenn has joined ConnellGriffin Pty Ltd as an Advisor in our Sydney office.
Andrew is a Civil Engineer with 10 years’ experience in project development and delivery of major transport infrastructure projects for both contractors and client side. Andrew has gained contractor side project delivery experience on projects such as Sydney Metro Northwest and has more recently provided advisory services to clients in project controls, commercial management, project & program assurance, and portfolio management. Andrew most recently held the role of Risk Manager on Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport which required a high level of stakeholder interaction and a holistic understanding of project delivery functions and their drivers. In addition, Andrew has designed and implemented project assurance frameworks, managed procurement processes and has designed portfolio prioritisation tools for a range of clients across the Transport, Social Infrastructure, and Defence sector.
Andrew brings a combination of technical civil expertise and strategic business thinking which allows him to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and yield the best outcome for the client. Andrew is a good communicator and a collaborative team player who is determined to add value and succeed in everything he does.
