We are really excited to announce the promotion of Scott Kindred and Phoebe Theodore to Director at ConnellGriffin.
Scott is our ACT Lead having recently joined ConnellGriffin, however has already made a significant impact in the national growth of the business.
Scott has spent the majority of his career managing multi-faceted construction projects and achieving challenging milestones on complex projects. Scott started his career 18 years ago with Evans & Peck before joining John Holland and moving to Canberra. Prior to joining ConnellGriffin, Scott worked as the Construction Manager for Woden Contractors in Canberra. His breath of experiences spans the public and private sectors, and includes complex infrastructure projects such as concrete dams and bridges, brownfields road and rail projects, major earthworks programs, utility installations, and land development projects. Scott is a qualified Civil Engineer with a collaborative and pragmatic approach. He has strengths in project development and planning, procurement and transaction management, options analysis and value engineering, and delivery strategy and management.
Phoebe has been with ConnellGriffin for nine years, having previously worked at Evans & Peck and Leighton Contractors.
Phoebe is a Commercial Director with over 10 years’ experience working on large Public and private infrastructure projects in Australia, including holding commercial lead roles one of Sydney’s mega projects, Sydney Metro City & Southwest. Phoebe has worked with clients such as EnergyCo, Transport for NSW Infrastructure and Services, Sydney Metro, Lendlease and Moorebank Intermodal Company as an advisor and as an integral member of integrated project teams. Phoebe has multi-disciplinary experience across a range of sectors including road, rail, rollingstock, maritime, energy and freight logistics. Phoebe is known for her adaptability to complex problems and her ability to clearly articulate and present the commercial position that achieves her client’s objectives. She has experience in commercial management, contract administration, contract development, commercial tender preparation & evaluation, complex commercial claim and dispute resolution, delivery strategy development, executive reporting and project management.
