Martin specialises in the development and delivery of major road and tunnel projects. He has extensive experience in procurement strategies, leading teams through commercial and contractual negotiations to achieve contract close. Martin’s expertise also includes post-contract project establishment and management of the commercial and legal functions during project delivery, and operations-phase commercial management of PPP infrastructure.
