ConnellGriffin celebrated International Women’s Day 2022 with the theme “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”. A theme that is at the core of our business every day.
We hosted Jenny Wynter, an award-winning comedian, cabaret artist, writer, and key-note speaker for International Women’s Day 2022 for some welcomed laughter and discussion to break the bias.
Jenny interacted with the audience sharing her own life stories and improvs. She left us truly appreciating the important role laughter plays in peaceful mental health and well-being. In Jenny’s words “Being able to laugh at uncertainties gives us the strength to deal with them”.
Our Food Partner for the event was Two Good, who supports women from shelters they serve. They provided us with delicious canapes which made us crave for more.
