Tommy is an experienced strategic advisor with over 7 years in business transformation and property portfolio management. Armed with a business degree and property major, he recognises the value a well-structured organisational system has on its infrastructure and property assets, both from a top-down strategic lens and a bottom-up operational capability. Having worked with the Department of Defence in driving major infrastructure policy frameworks, he understands the complexities and multi-disciplinary coordination required to impact meaningful change. Tommy brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic asset management, business case development, end-to-end life cycle management, project and program management, and organisational reform.
Tommy is a big picture thinker and thrives in high pressure situations. No matter the complexity or constraint of an issue at hand, there is always a path forward. He loves all things data, and encourages his clients to be forward thinking, to drive innovation through technological advancements, supporting their operational demands and future capabilities. He embraces technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, and extended reality in a pursuit to transform the way we approach our daily lives.
