ConnellGriffin welcomes Alison Goddard who will be joining our Sydney team as a Senior Advisor.
Alison is an accomplished infrastructure advisor, project manager and design manager with experience across the project lifecycle in Australia and internationally. She has extensive experience in the planning and delivery of complex linear infrastructure projects within the road, rail and maritime sectors and has a track record of supporting clients through project and program development, procurement, design, delivery, and asset management phases. Alison is a Chartered Civil Engineer and draws on her breadth of experience across consulting, design and construction, to bring a holistic perspective to strategy, problem solving and project leadership.
Alison’s key strengths are her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, integrate across disciplines and manage teams and programs to deliver on strategic objectives. She can communicate complex information clearly and adapt her communication style for effective engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as executive audiences. Alison is a dedicated and collaborative leader who has the ability to navigate complex project environments and deliver successful outcomes for her clients.
