James is a Chartered Engineer and business leader who has over 20 years of experience in Australia and internationally. This experience covers line management with international contractors, project management and advisory services in the private and public sectors.

James has managed complex major infrastructure projects, portfolios, programs and construction sites in both metropolitan and regional areas throughout the project lifecycle in in a wide range of sectors and operating disciplines.

Leigh is a Certified Practicing Project Director and Chartered Engineer with over 12 years’ experience delivering significant community infrastructure projects with a comprehensive understanding of professional project and program management practices. A high-performing inclusive leader experienced in the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, Leigh has a strong focus on delivering agreed business/community benefits and achieving strategic objectives. Starting his career as an Agricultural Engineer working with groundwater in the Great Artesian Basin, Leigh quickly honed his multidisciplinary skills in State and Local Government delivering significant community infrastructure projects across various sectors including road, water, social, and major sporting infrastructure sectors.

Filip Vuckovic is a qualified engineering professional with a Bachelor of Civil and Construction Engineering. He is also a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPENG), Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), and member of the National Engineering Register (NER).

Filip has successfully delivered a range of civil infrastructure projects for various private and public sector clients. His expertise extends beyond traditional engineering roles, as he has recently branched into the renewables sector, showcasing his commitment to continuous growth and broadening his skill set. Filip is recognised for providing advice that has a substantial impact on achieving better project outcomes, and collaborating with clients to enhance project efficiencies.

In his current role as Advisor, Filip is actively engaged within QLD Health, where he plays a pivotal role in the development of a forward procurement pipeline document. This responsibility demands extensive stakeholder engagement across multiple streams, including infrastructure, planning and delivery, highlighting his comprehensive approach to project development. Among the headline projects that define Filip's career, the SunHQ – Hydrogen Hub project stands out, where he contributed to the construction of a hydrogen refuelling station and storage facilities. Additionally, his role in the Macquarie Asset Management/Aula Energy – Green Horizon Project showcases his capabilities in the development and implementation of project management frameworks and staged gating models for financial investment decisions. Filip has also been instrumental in the Shoalwater Bay Remediation Works, overseeing the construction of over 60km of dedicated roadway and associated infrastructure for Department of Defence training exercises.
