Martin has 24 years’ commercial management experience in the construction industry both in the private and public sector. Martin’s recent experience has included leading procurement and commercial management teams on billion dollar light rail, rail, airport and infrastructure projects where he has created strong commercial teams to deliver the desired project outcomes.

Martin’s key strengths are his commercial acumen and rigorous analytical skills coupled with his client driven focus. These skills assist him to provide the highest quality of service across all working commitments on the client or contracting side whilst aligning team member activities towards project goals and outcomes.

Martin likes all things sport and in the weekend you will usually find him coaching his son’s local soccer team, or otherwise running the kids to their extracurricular sporting or dance activities.

Samuel is a Civil Engineer with master’s degrees in both Engineering and Business Administration. His experience includes the provision of transaction management, commercial and financial advisory and business case development services. He has worked in the transport and renewable energy sectors across Australia, Africa and North America.

Samuel has undertaken advisory engagements for government agencies and private sector clients, which includes transaction, commercial, business analyst and business case development roles. His transaction and commercial advisory experience provides him the ability to lead and contribute towards the planning, procurement and contract award phase of projects.

Samuel is an adventurer at heart and has travelled extensively. He is an avid sportsman both as participant and follower (especially of his home rugby team the Springboks). He loves spending time with his family and is a keen barista, still trying to perfect the perfect cup of coffee!

Ben is an experienced project manager with expertise in social and economic impact, large scale program implementation and the energy transition. He holds a dual Bachelor’s in Economics and Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is pursuing a Master’s in Sustainability at the University of Sydney, focusing on the energy transition.

He has seven years’ experience working toward economic and social transformation in the energy, resources, and international development sectors. His experience spans collaborating with local and state governments on Renewable Energy Zone readiness, conducting socio-economic analyses and quantitative modelling for renewable energy feasibility license applications, and supporting industry decarbonisation efforts across Australia’s agricultural industry.

Ben has also managed large-scale aid programs in economic development, disaster logistics, public health, and climate resilience across the Indo-Pacific and Middle East, with expertise in net-zero transition planning and evaluation frameworks.

Harry is a Commerce and Law graduate from the University of New South Wales with a strong motivation to seek practical experiences to enhance his consulting and advisory skills within infrastructure. Prior to working at ConnellGriffin, Harry successful balanced managing his own testing and tagging business servicing notable companies around Greater Sydney, whilst completing his undergraduate degree. This experience coupled with his prior consulting experience for Suncorp has provided him with the necessary skills to excel in the infrastructure advisory sphere.

Harry’s extensive involvement in his university community with multiple years in leadership roles across societies has developed his communication styles enabling him to effectively converse with a variety of people in unique industries. This alongside his commercial industry experience as a senior paralegal in disputes, claims and litigation has enhanced his understandings of the nature of commercial contracts and negotiations.
