Peter has over 15 years’ experience providing strategic advice to state governments on the financial, commercial and procurement aspects of high value service delivery and infrastructure contracts in the transport and health sectors. Peter focuses on achieving the best value for money and budget certainty for government, establishing contractual arrangements that facilitate effective management of service provider performance, and ensuring continuity of critical government services.
Peter’s expertise covers strategic advice, commercial frameworks, financial modelling, business cases, procurement and transaction management, negotiations and contract management for a range of public transport, transport technology and aviation services contracts.
