Omtah is an experienced commercial advisor and lawyer with over 7 years’ experience in the areas of major infrastructure project transaction, end-to-end delivery advisory, claims management and commercial negotiations within complex legal and contractual arrangements. Having worked on several construction projects, she has developed a solid understanding of the workings of contracts coupled with the intricacies of a construction environment. This experience has enabled Omtah to provide specialised advisory and strategic solutions to optimise client outcomes.
Jared is an accomplished Civil Engineer with 10 years’ experience in infrastructure delivery across a wide range of projects valued from $4b to $10m. His versatility and expertise have been shaped from hands on Contractor roles to client side delivery and design management with demonstrable capability in commercial, technical, quality assurance and project management. This range of capability has demonstrated Jared’s ability to deliver solutions to complex problems and adapt to the varying requirements of his clients within the construction industry.
