Shruthi is a Civil Engineer who recently completed her Masters from the University of New South Wales specialising in Project Management. Her passion for consultancy led her to specialise in project controls, contracts and engineering management through academics. Being an active student at the university has enhanced her analytical and communication skills.
Previously, she worked for a year as a Design Engineer in India. She was involved in the design and analysis of steel and concrete structures for oil and gas industries based in the US. Her past experiences have enabled her to develop professional and management skills to complement the knowledge gained from her academics. She aspires to excel in the infrastructure industry with strong motivation to learn and grow under the Young Professionals Program.
