Julian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Builder and Chartered Civil Engineering Surveyor with 25 years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors on major civil engineering, infrastructure and construction projects in Australia and Europe. He has held senior commercial roles in both contracting and consulting organisations and is also an accredited Expert for Expert Determination with the RICS.
He is experienced in a variety of sectors including infrastructure, operations and maintenance, civil, rail, commercial, industrial, shopping centres, residential, defence, utilities, schools, hospitals and data centres.
Julian brings extensive experience and expertise in core areas such as strategic leadership, commercial management, procurement and dispute resolution. He is an accomplished trusted advisor with an excellent track record in ensuring strong outcomes for his client.
